Discover the World of Plant-Based Cheeze

We are the only mammal that consumes another mammal’s milk. Nature intended us to be weaned off milk. Today milk causes many different health problems, with many people developing intolerances and allergies to the white stuff!

This course will open your eyes to the world of plant-based alternatives to dairy. Throughout the day we will be exploring plant mylk and creamz, plant cheeze spread, plant cheeze, fermented cheeze, cheeze sauce, casheeze cake. You will be exploring different ways of using ingredients, including nuts, seeds and chickpeas.

Together we will make a spread of dairy-free delights and indulge in our creations for our lunch.

All of the courses at Plant Based Alchemy are vegan, dairy free, egg free, gluten free and sugar cane free.

10am – 4pm £65 – including lunch
