Our chocolate is hand made with love.
We only use Criolla Cacao the “the king of cacao”. It is the most ancient variety, it is not a hybrid and produces high quality beans of fine flavours and aromas.
We support ethical trade and purchase our products from a variety of community-based projects worldwide. Where possible we include locally grown produce and all of our ingredients are grown without the use of chemicals.
