On this day you will learn the difference between cocoa and cacao. Cacao is the most magnesium rich food on the planet. It’s full of delicious brain chemicals that make your whole body sing. Spend the day playing with this sumptuous plant bean and learn how to use it with respect and love. We will explore the world of plant sweeteners together to totally demystify the world of plant syrups and sugars.

As this course will be designed personally for you, we can tailor it to your needs. An example of one of our days would include learning about and most importantly consuming, warm cacao, cacao smoothies, individual cacao chocolates, cacao truffles, cacao bars and cacao spreads.

This day is hands on and focuses on empowering you with the skills to make all of your own delicious chocolate treats at home. You will have the opportunity to try a range of plant based ingredients so you can find out what tickles your taste buds and you will leave with a goody box full of your creations.
